Scope of application of the provisions
This Privacy Policy applies to the digital music creation and audio technology platform operated by DxTune (registered in London, UK). We attach great importance to your privacy and are committed to properly protecting users’ personal information and digital content in accordance with British and relevant international laws.
This clause applies to all users who use its products and services through the DxTune platform, including but not limited to individual creators, content producers, brand customers, and business partners. Whether users access the platform via the website, mobile devices, API, or third-party access methods, they are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the full contents of this Privacy Clause.
Second, Purpose and Principles of the Terms: DxTune is committed to safeguarding users’ personal information, work data, and account details on the platform. This agreement is formulated based on principles such as legality, propriety, necessity, clear purpose, informed consent, data minimization, security measures, and alignment of rights and responsibilities. It ensures that while users enjoy intelligent creation and copyright support services, their data rights are maximally protected.
In order to facilitate users’ understanding, the following terms are defined as follows:
Personal Information: refers to information that can identify a user, such as name, contact information, device identifier, etc., recorded electronically or otherwise.
Sensitive personal information: including users’ biometric information, bank account number, platform access behavior records, original work information, etc.
Processing: refers to any operation such as collection, storage, use, transmission, disclosure and deletion of personal information.
Third party service provider: refers to an external platform or organization that works with DxTune to assist in the implementation of functions.

DxTune may collect and process the following types of information during the provision of its services:
Account registration information includes but is not limited to user name, password, email address, mobile phone number, user profile picture, registration time, etc.
Identity authentication information In some cases (such as using commercial functions, participating in revenue settlement or copyright confirmation), we may require users to submit real-name authentication information, such as identification documents, institutional authentication data, etc.
Usage behavior data includes user operation records on the platform (such as uploading, editing, generating music, downloading, collecting, sharing, etc.), access time, page browsing, click track, device model, operating system, IP address, language setting and other information.
Works and Audio Data The platform will process all music data related to user creation, including input melodies, lyrics, mood parameters, generated tracks, AI recommended paths, output file content, etc.
Payment and transaction information If the user makes a payment operation on the platform, we will record the transaction order, payment time, amount, payment channel used, account flow number and other information.
Technical log and device information includes device identification code (such as IMEI, Android ID, device serial number), browser type, login source, network environment, crash report, interface call record, etc.
2. Methods of Information Collection We mainly collect user information through the following ways:
Information voluntarily filled in by users when registering, logging in, creating, editing, publishing or submitting materials;
Automatically collected information through Cookies, Web Beacon and other technologies;
Information legally shared with third-party partners (such as content hosting services, payment platforms, real-name authentication service providers, etc.);
The information provided by users when they contact the platform customer service, participate in the survey and submit feedback.

I. To provide core service functions The user information collected by DxTune will be mainly used to implement the platform functions, including but not limited to:
Identity authentication and account security is used to complete the registration process, identity authentication, password recovery, account login verification, prevent malicious login and number theft.
Creation and Project Management Support Based on user input creation data and historical preferences, the system generates AI-assisted music for users, recommends style templates, and supports editing, storage and reprocessing.
Audio processing and work release The uploaded audio material or creative output is processed intelligently (such as mixing, mastering, etc.) in the later stage, and the ability to distribute it to external platforms with one click.
Payment and settlement and transaction management Processes user payment services, revenue settlement, billing statistics, refund requests and other business processes on the platform.
2. For product optimization and experience improvement We will optimize the algorithm, improve the function and optimize the interface based on the usage data to improve the overall product performance. For example:
Analyze user preferences and improve AI generation logic;
Evaluate the frequency and stability of platform function use;
Track system errors, technical failures, crash logs, and other issues.
In order to comply with the platform’s compliance obligations, protect intellectual property rights and meet industry regulatory requirements, DxTune may use user information under the following circumstances:
Review and record the original content uploaded by users;
Monitor abnormal behaviors, prevent abuse of services, malicious attacks and other security risks;
Meet the information requirements of judicial and regulatory authorities.
4. For customer service and notification communication We may use user information to contact the user, for example:
Send system notifications, product updates, and new feature tips;
Reply to users’ questions, suggestions or complaints;
Invite users to participate in platform research and function testing.

1. Information storage mode and duration
Storage mode The user’s personal information and work data will be stored in an encrypted form in a protected data center, and some service information (such as copyright records) will be synchronized to the blockchain network for confirmation.
Storage period
For account data, we will delete or anonymize it within 60 days after the user logs out;
For information related to the work (such as creation records and project documents), it will be automatically deleted within 90 days after the user manually deletes or applies for account cancellation;
Reservations that meet the requirements of applicable law will take precedence (such as retention obligations for tax and transaction data).
DxTune adopts multi-level information security policies to ensure data security, including but not limited to:
Data encryption transmission: HTTPS and SSL encryption channels are adopted;
Access control: sensitive data can only be accessed through permission authorization;
Anomaly detection system: real-time monitoring of user operation behavior and identification of high-risk activities;
Smart contract protection: Copyright ownership and work circulation information are recorded on the blockchain to avoid tampering and forgery.
In the event of a data breach, DxTune will:
Activate the emergency response mechanism and immediately seal off security loopholes;
Evaluate the impact scope of the event and notify the affected users in time;
Cooperate with regulatory agencies to file and respond to incidents;
Provide remedial measures (such as data recovery, temporary protection mechanism, user risk warning, etc.).
Fourth, Description of Access to Third-party Services Some functions of the Platform may be accessed by third-party services (such as payment channels, copyright chain services, external distribution platforms), in the process of information transmission:
DxTune will transmit only the necessary fields and require third parties to comply with confidentiality agreements;
If the user actively jumps to a third party platform, please pay attention to its independent privacy policy.

All users have the right to know the types, uses and processing methods of personal information collected, used and stored on the DxTune platform. Users can view relevant information through the account background and obtain transparent data summary description.
2. Right to Rectification and Right to Deletion If users find errors or inaccuracies in their information, they can correct them at any time through the ‘Information Modification’ function provided by the platform. Users can apply for the deletion of personal data that is no longer used. DxTune will complete the deletion or anonymization within the statutory period after verification.
3. Right to Export and Transfer Data The platform supports users to export their work records, creation data, authorization records and other content into standard formats (such as CSV, JSON, etc.) for backup or transfer to other service platforms.
4. Refusal or Restriction of Processing Rights Users have the right to revoke certain data processing authorization at any time, including but not limited to:
Stop marketing information push;
Reject the platform’s use of user historical style data in creative suggestions;
Limit the platform to using its data for retraining machine learning models.
Once the user applies for restricted processing, the platform will respond and adjust the relevant processing behavior within a reasonable period of time.
V. Oppose the right to automated decision-making DxTune Some services (such as AI music style matching and work recommendation) are based on automated systems. Users have the right to choose not to participate in such algorithm-based decisions and request manual intervention to re-evaluate the suggestions or recommendations given by the system.
Users can apply to cancel their DxTune account at any time. After confirming the user’s identity and completing the data migration or settlement process, the platform will delete all data related to the account that is not legally required for preservation.

DxTune explicitly prohibits children under the age of 13 (or below the age defined as a minor in the user’s location) from registering an account or using the Platform services. If it is found that a minor has registered an account without the consent of the guardian, the Platform will immediately terminate the account and delete the relevant personal data.
2. Youth Usage Guidelines DxTune requires users aged 13 to 18 to obtain parental or legal guardian consent for registration and service use. The platform will provide additional usage tips, risk warnings, and data control features as needed to protect their rights in the digital environment.
Three, Principles for Handling Sensitive Information: DxTune does not actively collect sensitive data, including but not limited to race, religious beliefs, political views, health conditions, biometric information, and sexual orientation. If users engage in content involving such sensitive data while using the creation feature, the platform will use encryption storage and minimal access permissions to ensure that this data is not used for any external analysis or recommendation decisions.
4. Privacy Protection for Persons with Disabilities In order to serve the global user group, DxTune provides an interface that meets international accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.1), and provides customizable privacy assistance options on the user profile page to help visually, hearing or physically disabled people control their data use.
DxTune adheres to the laws and regulations of various countries regarding the cross-border transmission and storage of user data. For users in regions such as the EU, California, Brazil, and Singapore, the platform provides specific rights and compliance paths according to relevant data protection laws (such as GDPR and CCPA), ensuring that privacy rights are respected across different jurisdictions.

1. Data Access Rights All registered users have the right to access their personal data stored on DxTune. Users can view basic information, creation records, payment history, and system interaction data on the account settings page. For more detailed data requests, users can submit formal applications through the platform’s designated channels, and the platform will complete the data export within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Data Correction Right If users find that the information in their personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, they have the right to modify it at any time. DxTune provides a simple and intuitive modification interface, and sets up necessary verification procedures for key data (such as identity authentication information) to prevent malicious tampering of data.
Third, the Right to Be Forgotten: Users can apply at any time for the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data. Once the deletion request is confirmed, the platform will complete the data deletion within 30 days and notify the user of the confirmation result. If certain information must be retained by law (such as financial records), it will only be used to fulfill legal obligations and the retention period will be minimized.
4. Right to carry data (portability of data) At the request of users, DxTune can export its creation records, downloaded content or other personal generated data in machine-readable format to assist users to transfer to other platforms. This right is limited to the scope of data that users actively input and the platform explicitly generates.
Users can decide whether to allow the Platform to collect additional information such as device information, browsing history, and behavioral analysis data. Any previously authorized consent can be withdrawn in the account, and the Platform will immediately stop collecting and applying such data.

DxTune, a third-party service provider, may entrust partners to provide technical support or basic services (such as cloud storage, payment processing, and user verification) in certain functions. In this process, user data is shared with these service providers only to the extent necessary for business operations. All partners have signed confidentiality and data handling agreements and commit to legally protecting data security.
Second, Instructions for Using Analysis and Tracking Tools The platform uses third-party analysis tools (such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel) to enhance user experience and system stability. These tools may collect non-personal information, including device details, usage paths, and click behaviors. All data is de-identified before being used for analysis and will not be used for commercial redirection or resale.
When users activate the platform’s recommendation and personalization features, DxTune may provide customized content and feature recommendations based on their creation history, browsing preferences, and interaction data. All recommendation algorithms are built on learning from user behavior, without directly disclosing sensitive information. Users can opt to disable these features in their settings.
4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement Data: DxTune has the right to provide specific user data for investigations, provided that legal procedures (such as court subpoenas or formal requests from regulatory authorities) are followed and the information is legally reviewed. This cooperation will be strictly limited to the requested scope and must not be interpreted more broadly or used for other purposes.
5. International Data Transfer Notice If the user is located outside the operational area of DxTune, their data may be securely transferred to data centers in other countries (such as the United States and Singapore) for storage and processing. All cross-border transfers will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and encryption, firewalls, and access control mechanisms will be implemented to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

1. Data Access Rights Users can log into their personal accounts at any time to view the relevant data they have saved on the DxTune platform, including registration information, creation history, subscription records, payment details, etc. If users have any questions about certain data records, they can submit a query request, and the platform customer service specialist will assist in verifying them.
Second, Data Correction and Updates: If users find errors or outdated data in their account information (such as incorrect name spelling or invalid email addresses), they can modify these details through the account settings page. For updates involving system-level restrictions (such as real-name verification information), the platform will require the submission of relevant proof materials and conduct a manual review before updating.
Third, the Right to Delete and the Right to Cancel. Users can proactively request to delete certain platform data, such as draft works or project files, and submit a ‘cancel account’ request through their account settings. Once approved, the platform will delete all deletable information of the user within the bounds of the law and ensure that no further processing of any of their data will occur.
4. Refusal of Marketing and Notification Settings All marketing emails, notification messages, etc. sent by the platform are accompanied by “unsubscribe” or “close notification” options. Users can close system push, activity recommendation or function update notifications according to their personal wishes to ensure that they will not be disturbed by unnecessary information.
5. Data Portability Users can submit requests to obtain a copy of some data on the DxTune platform (such as creation records, order information, etc.) in machine-readable format. This right is mainly used for data migration or cross-platform management purposes, and does not apply to system operation-level data or derivative analysis data.

1. Privacy Policy Update Mechanism DxTune reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time. If changes in law, service adjustments, or technological advancements necessitate modifications to the terms, the platform will announce these changes in advance through its official website, App notifications, or email. Important changes will take effect seven working days after the announcement, and users who continue to use the platform will be considered to have agreed to the updated terms.
Second, User Obligations Reminder: Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed about any updates to their data rights and the platform’s processing mechanisms. If users disagree with the updated terms, they can opt out of the service and follow the procedures to request account cancellation. By continuing to use the platform, users agree to the revised terms and authorize the platform to process their data accordingly.
This clause applies to all users of the DxTune platform (including visitors, registered users, paying customers, etc.). However, if data is imported through a third-party platform or a separate confidentiality agreement is required due to a specific cooperation plan, such agreement shall prevail.
